Greetings Future Sponsor

Construction, by and large, is one of the greatest contributors to a nation’s economic growth. Training qualified trade workers are paramount to the assurance of safe roads and building structures, as well as our continued advancement as a society. For these reasons, Construct Tomorrow has sought to build a bridge to the future by bringing insight and awareness of career opportunities in Building and Construction Trades.

WHAT WE ARE ABOUT

During our tenure, Construct Tomorrow partnerships have sponsored more than 33 events statewide, providing construction career information for more than 10,000 students. Of that number, greater than 4,000 students from over 200 schools in more than 300 cities have expressed interest in the construction
trades.

By teaming up with representatives from various unions, we are able to provide our youth with a hands-on experience within the 27 trades. Our all-volunteer team, made up of representatives from government, unions, prime and sub-contractors, education, and communities, have taken outreach and recruitment to an entirely new and unprecedented level. We are excited to see the impact that Construct Tomorrow will have on the futures of our youth, our industry, and our state.

BEING THE CHANGE WE WANT TO SEE

From the Iron Range to Rochester, the DECC in Duluth to the Base Camp in the Twin Cities, and many more statewide events in between, we have prided ourselves on being an active participant in this industry. And while we are excited about our continued efforts at the high school level, Construct Tomorrow aims to develop opportunities and programs that begin in grade school and reinforce our message throughout the
entire K-12 system.

NO ORGANIZATION IS AN ISLAND

The Construct Tomorrow board recognizes that the best way to support our students is by ensuring that our educational system, teachers, counselors, and parents understand the various and real benefits of a career in the Building and Construction trades. This only happens through strong partnerships and community investment.
